Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive with experience in e-commerce operations and

proficiency in both Arabic and Englis h. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate order fulfillment, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the UAE and GCC region.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat in both Arabic and English. Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, returns, and delivery follow-ups. Track shipments and resolve logistics or delivery issues promptly. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and vendor teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prepare daily/weekly support reports. Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve processes and enhance the user experience.

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in customer support or e-commerce customer support. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and English is mandatory. Strong knowledge of online order management systems, CRM tools, and MS Office. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of customer interactions.
