Job Description: Graphic Designer (3–5 Years Experience) Location: Gurugram – Sector 82A Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills, hands-on expertise in modern design tools, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities: - Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and branding assets - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements - Develop and maintain brand identity and design consistency across all platforms - Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from brief to final output - Design graphics for social media campaigns, emailers, landing pages, and ads - Prepare design files for print and digital production - Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Software Knowledge: Design Tools (Must-Have): - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe InDesign - Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred) - Figma / Adobe XD - Canva - CorelDRAW

Additional Skills (Good to Have): - Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an advantage

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field - 3–5 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer - Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work

Soft Skills: - Creative mindset with attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines - Openness to feedback and continuous learning
