We are looking for a passionate and driven Fundraising Executive who will play an important role for one of our strategic projects on mental well-being awareness programs. If you have experience in donor relations and corporate sponsorships/ CSR are motivated to create meaningful social impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture relationships with existing donors Identify and engage potential donors and corporate sponsors for series of awareness events Coordinate donor communication, follow-ups, and reporting Maintain accurate donor records and databases Collaborate with internal teams to align donor expectations with project outcomes

Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in donor management, fundraising, or relationship management Strong communication in English and Hindi Professionally presentable and good interpersonal skills Ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred) Passion for social development and impact-driven work
