What will your job attributes include?

• Lead the strategic design and execution of payroll delivery across multiple regions in a SaaS-enabled model. • Drive digital transformation across payroll operations to enhance automation, accuracy, and compliance. • Establish governance over payroll technology platforms, integrations, and data management systems. • Oversee global compliance, tax regulation adherence, statutory filings, and audit readiness. • Lead financial governance i gross margin management, and pricing strategies. • Champion process efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement initiatives across client portfolios. • Define and manage payroll SLAs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Escalation Management: • Serve as the executive point of contact for high-impact payroll escalations and crisis management. • Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues through root cause analysis and system improvements. • Build escalation protocols with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service continuity. • Ensure client expectations are exceeded through timely communication and resolution strategies.

People Management:

• Lead large, multi-tiered teams across geographies; build leadership pipelines and succession plans. • Mentor senior delivery leaders and cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. • Track team performance using dashboards; drive leadership KPIs and engagement initiatives. • Build capacity and expertise in line with business growth and evolving client needs.

What skills will help you succeed in this role?

• CA / MBA / Postgraduate with 16-20 years in global payroll, SaaS platforms, and compliance leadership. • Proven expertise in global statutory compliances, tax frameworks, and audit standards. • Deep understanding of payroll technology, integrations, HRMS, and data privacy laws. • Strong command over dashboarding, reporting analytics, and payroll-specific financial controls. • Expertise in client engagement, solutioning, SLA governance, and contract delivery. • High proficiency in MS Excel, HR tech platforms, and SaaS-based payroll tools. • Track record of leading large transformation projects and improving operational efficiency. • Preferred Location would be Delhi NCR / Bangalore; flexible to relocate as needed
