Roles & Responsibility 1. Experience in preparation of Feasibility proposals and Master plan for large scale land parcels under consideration for development. 2. Prepare project brief in consultation with the various stake holders and in line with market requirements and addressing overall development objectives. 3. Coordinate with legal and liaising team for legal documentation related to the land parcel. 4. Undertake initial appraisal activities, including area study options and assessment of implied costs and development strategies. 5. Prepare development plans and other sanction drawings for submission to authorities. 6. Experience in communicating with authorities for facilitating the approvals. 7. Assist and share relevant information for preparation of business plan for the land under development. 8.Coordinate with consultants and execution team for design development and smooth flow of the project. 9.Coordinate with CRM/Sales team for modification works and interaction with clients, if required.

Mandatory Skills a) Should possess design coordination skills, Technical knowledge about construction detailing, Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop & MS office. b) Should be able to handle projects independently
