Role & Responsibilities
Partner closely with Business Leaders and Partners to define and execute
talent strategies
for Audit and Risk Advisory service lines, enabling attraction, retention, and development of top talent.
Collaborate with leaders to drive
strategic workforce planning
(right size, right shape, right capability) aligned with current and future business needs, in partnership with COO organization, Talent Acquisition, and Resource Management teams.
Leverage
people analytics and data-driven insights
to support decision-making on talent, performance, workforce productivity, and engagement.
Drive effective execution of
performance management, pay-for-performance, promotions, and career progression
initiatives in collaboration with relevant HR COEs.
Identify and lead initiatives to strengthen
ways of working, culture, and overall people experience , working closely with Culture & Experience and D&I teams.
Evangelize and embed the
People pillar of global initiatives
(including Inclusion & Diversity) across the business.
Act as the primary HR advisor to business leaders and people managers, providing
on-the-ground support
for HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle matters.
Influence, drive, and ensure effective delivery of HR services through HR COEs including
Recruitment, Shared Services, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance .
Assess and resolve people-related issues by considering
business impact, employee experience, and policy adherence , ensuring risk mitigation.
Provide continuous insights and recommendations to improve
HR processes, practices, and operational efficiency .
Ensure
legal and statutory compliance
across all human resource management activities.
Build strong internal relationships by staying closely connected to the
business pulse .
Sustain and reinforce
organizational culture, values, and policy awareness
through ongoing communication and engagement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
10–14 years of progressive HR experience, with
7+ years as an HR Business Partner
supporting
Audit, Risk Advisory, or Consulting
functions.
Prior experience in a
Big 4 or large consulting / professional services firm
is strongly preferred.
Business & HR Acumen:
Strong understanding of
partner-led, matrixed consulting environments , including utilization models, leverage ratios, billing pressures, and regulatory sensitivity.
Proven capability to work as a
trusted advisor to senior leaders and Partners .
Functional Expertise:
Hands-on experience across key HR areas:
workforce planning, performance management, compensation, career progression, employee relations, and compliance .
Ability to effectively collaborate with HR COEs and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
Analytics & Problem Solving:
Comfortable using
people analytics
to derive insights and influence decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues from
multiple perspectives .

in alignment with global or firm-wide programs.

Education:
