We are strengthening our on-ground presence across all districts of Chhattisgarh to support capacity building, training, and growth of MSMEs. As part of this large-scale initiative, MSME Facilitation Centres are being set up, with two dedicated professionals deployed at each centre.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs, government schemes, and grassroots development programs while contributing to enterprise and livelihood creation.

Role Overview: The selected candidates will support MSMEs through facilitation, training coordination, enterprise development activities, and implementation of government schemes at the district level.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any of the following disciplines:- MSW (Master of Social Work) MBA / PGDM BBA B.Com / M.Com M.Phil Commerce Business Administration Economics Management Social Work Rural Development Engineering (Any Branch)

➕ Preferred Qualification (Added Advantage): Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in:- Management Entrepreneurship Rural Development MSME-related fields / Livelihood / Development-related fields

Computer & Digital Skills:- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Comfortable using internet-based applications and portals Ability to handle data management, reporting, and digital communication

‍ Experience Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:- MSME sector Government schemes & programs Entrepreneurship development Rural or socio-economic development

Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior exposure to: MSME promotion and enterprise development Community mobilization and field facilitation Capacity building and training coordination Implementation of government-funded schemes will be given preference.
