What This Role Is (And Isn’t)

This is not a learning role. This is not a template-based job. This is not for designers who need hand-holding.

This role is for execution-focused presentation designers who can take rough content and turn it into polished, premium slides, daily.

Core Expectations (Non-Negotiable)

1️⃣ Daily Workflow & Output

Work Monday to Friday Receive rough content + brand guide every morning or noon Deliver final slides the same day by 8–9 PM Minimum output: 10 slides/day Higher capacity = higher earnings

You must be able to:

Interpret brand guides accurately Design clean, modern, professional layouts Build custom slides from rough drafts Maintain hierarchy, spacing, typography, and brand consistency

Work without templates or shortcuts

If your slides look “okay” or "basic" instead of “premium,” this role is not for you.

3️⃣ Skills Required

Strong hands-on experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides / Keynote / Canva Sharp eye for alignment, spacing, grids, and typography Fast execution + clear communication

Comfortable with daily deadlines and any revision.

4️⃣ Compensation

₹70–₹120 per slide (based on quality + speed)

Monthly payouts Performance-based incentives This is long-term, high-volume work, not one-off gigs.

5️⃣ Eligibility

India only No ego. No attitude. Must handle continuous work at consistent quality

6️⃣ You’ll receive:

Your job: convert them into premium, client-ready slides.
