Tech Lead - .NET Core + Angular - Ahmedabad

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced .NET Team Lead (10–15 years of experience) with strong expertise in ASP.NET Core and Angular/React to lead a development team in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in modern development practices, architecture design, and team leadership, along with exposure to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor and grow junior developers through pairing, structured code reviews, and progressive task assignment in .NET and Angular/React technologies - Contribute directly to development (40–50% hands-on coding) alongside team leadership - Design and architect scalable, high-performance web applications - Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices - Drive Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) - Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams - Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines - Own sprint estimation accuracy; coach team on realistic estimation with and without AI assistance - Promote adoption of AI tools to improve development productivity

Technical Skills Required

Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core - Solid experience in Angular/React (latest versions preferred) - Experience with Web API / RESTful services - Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases - Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper - Knowledge of Microservices architecture - Experience with Git and version control systems - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment - Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud services

AI & Modern Development Exposure

- Daily, active usage of AI coding assistants (must demonstrate in interview)

GitHub Copilot

Claude Code / Claude Cowork

Cursor

- Understanding of AI-assisted code reviews, test generation, and productivity enhancement - Exposure to integrating AI services (OpenAI APIs, Azure AI, etc.) is a plus - Ability to guide team in adopting AI tools responsibly and effectively

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Strong written/async communication — ability to provide clear updates, technical summaries, and decisions via Teams/Slack without requiring constant meetings - Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities - Strong ownership mindset - Experience in mentoring and performance management

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
