We're looking for an
Office HR & Social Manager
role with following KRAs.
1. Human Resources & People Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and well-being.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support performance reviews, feedback cycles, and team development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with basic HR policies, internal guidelines, and local labor norms.
2. Office Administration & Operations
Oversee smooth day-to-day office functioning and coordination across teams.
Manage vendors, office supplies, utilities, and basic infrastructure requirements.
Coordinate team schedules, meetings, internal events, and celebrations.
Maintain discipline, structure, and operational efficiency within the office.
Handle basic payroll coordination and administrative support.
3. Team Coordination & Task Management
Align daily and weekly task allocation in coordination with founders and team leads.
Track deliverables, deadlines, and team bandwidth across projects.
Ensure smooth internal communication between creative, strategy, and execution teams.
Act as the founder’s right hand in managing people, priorities, and processes.
4. Social Media Management (Internal & External)
Manage the agency’s internal communication through WhatsApp groups, dashboards, or tools.
Oversee agency social media presence from a people-culture and brand tone perspective.
Coordinate content planning related to team culture, behind-the-scenes, and internal wins.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure brand voice consistency on social platforms.
Monitor engagement, responses, and basic performance insights.
5. Process Building & Agency Growth
Streamline HR, admin, and team processes for scalability.
Introduce systems for onboarding, task tracking, and performance monitoring.
Identify gaps in team structure, communication, and workflow and proactively address them.
Contribute ideas to improve company culture, productivity, and retention.
6. Communication & Brand Alignment
Ensure professional, clear, and empathetic communication across the organization.
Represent agency culture, values, and ethics internally and externally.
Assist in employer branding initiatives, hiring posts, and internal announcements.

This is an
ever-evolving role
with high ownership and responsibility.
The individual will work
closely with the founder , acting as a
central coordination point
for people, operations, and culture.
The role requires adaptability, initiative, and a proactive mindset toward agency upliftment.
