Brief about the role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tableau and Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to transform complex datasets into visually compelling and performance-optimized analytics solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities: Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI based on business requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users to gather requirements, understand visualisation needs, and ensure data-driven insights align with strategic objectives. Data Visualization: Translate large and complex datasets into clear, insightful visualizations that effectively communicate business performance and trends. Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards and reports are optimized for performance and scalability, especially for high-volume datasets. Data Modelling: Develop and manage semantic data layers, SQL and SAP HANA queries, calculated columns, and DAX measures. Ad-hoc Reporting: Perform ad-hoc analysis and generate reports as required by different business units. Quality & Governance: Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational data governance standards.

Education & Skillsets Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience as a BI Developer with hands-on expertise in Tableau and Power BI. Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Power BI (Desktop & Service). Expertise in SQL and data modelling concepts. Experience working with SAP HANA (knowledge of SAP Business One is an added advantage). Ability to write complex calculations, measures, and optimize data sources. Understanding of ETL processes and data integration best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
