Job Summary
We are hiring a Sr. Associate – Branch Operations to manage day-to-day branch activities, support sales operations, and ensure excellent customer service within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations
- Handle day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, MIS, and operational reports.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized branch environment.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Calling customers for policy revival activities.
- Provide sales support to the branch team.
- Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to walk-in customers.
- Handle customer queries and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support branch targets and meet assigned timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI sector is mandatory.
- Experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or financial services preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer and MIS knowledge.
