Job Summary: Silver Streak Multi-Speciality Hospital is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Leader to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting, and must have handled a team of at least 500 staff. The role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring statutory compliance, managing recruitment, and strengthening people practices across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exit formalities. โ€ข Handle statutory and legal HR compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, labor laws, etc.). โ€ข Ensure smooth functioning of employee grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. โ€ข Lead end-to-end recruitment across clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical departments. โ€ข Drive employee engagement, training & development initiatives. โ€ข Maintain and update HRIS and employee documentation accurately. โ€ข Design and implement HR policies aligned with hospital goals and ensure internal communication of the same. โ€ข Monitor leave management, attendance, shift scheduling, and manpower planning. โ€ข Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review. โ€ข Coordinate with finance and operations departments on payroll, budgeting, and manpower forecasting.

Required Qualifications & Skills: โ€ข Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. โ€ข Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or multi-speciality healthcare setting. โ€ข Proven experience in managing a workforce of 500+ employees. โ€ข Strong knowledge of statutory and legal HR compliance in India. โ€ข Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. โ€ข Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems. โ€ข Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Attributes: โ€ข Prior experience in hospital or healthcare HR management is a plus. โ€ข Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure. โ€ข A people-first mindset with a strong ethical and professional approach.
