About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU Technical Consultant with strong development expertise in SAP IS-Utilities. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, development, enhancements, and support of SAP ISU solutions across utilities business processes including Billing, Device Management, FICA, and EDM.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and enhance solutions in SAP IS-Utilities (ISU). - Develop and support ABAP objects including: - Reports (Classical & ALV) - Interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Proxy) - Conversions (LSMW, Migration Cockpit) - Enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancements Framework) - Forms (SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms) - Work on ISU Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Device Management, EDM modules. - Develop and support RICEF objects. - Handle data migration and integration with third-party systems. - Work on Workflow, BRF+, and Web Services integration. - Performance tuning and troubleshooting of ISU technical issues. - Collaborate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and technical design. - Participate in code reviews and ensure SAP best practices. - Support cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of SAP technical experience. - Strong hands-on experience in SAP ISU Technical (ABAP). - Experience in: - ISU Billing & Invoicing - FICA - Device Management - EDM (good to have) - Strong knowledge of: - ABAP OO - Enhancements & BADIs - IDocs, RFC, BAPI - ALE/EDI - Experience with SAP Workflow. - Exposure to SAP HANA (Performance optimization).

Good to Have

- Experience in S/4HANA Utilities. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5. - Experience in SAP CRM integration. - Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). - Utilities domain knowledge (Electricity / Gas / Water).

Educational Qualification

- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent. - SAP Certification in ISU (preferred).

- Strong communication skills. - Client-facing experience. - Ability to work in Agile environment. - Team mentoring experience.
