Role Overview
We are looking for an Associate Director โ Product Marketing to play a central role in shaping Contifyโs growth journey. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Revenue, and Marketing and is designed for a Product Marketing leader who wants to move beyond tactical execution into owning outcomes.
You will lead positioning and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for our AI-driven intelligence platform, directly impacting deal velocity and market share across the worldโs most competitive markets. You will influence growth by defining how Contify is perceived, sold, and adopted in the US, UK, and Europe.
This role is ideal for a Product Marketing leader who wants to grow into a Head of Product Marketing or GTM leadership role. Youโll work closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Growth, gaining exposure to the enterprise buying process, roadmap strategy, and global GTM decision-making. Core Objectives
Drive product positioning that directly accelerates revenue growth
Lead GTM strategy for launches, enhancements, and strategic roadmap themes
Enable Sales and Solutions to win enterprise and mid-market deals
Bring real market and buyer insight into product and GTM decisions
Build a foundation for scaling the Product Marketing function over time
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop and evolve Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer personas
Build ICP-driven messaging that differentiates Contify and supports revenue growth
Own Contifyโs narrative that translates product features and capabilities into high-impact business outcomes
Ensure consistent messaging across sales, marketing, and other customer-facing touchpoints
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Own GTM planning and execution for new feature launches and major product releases
Partner with the Product team to ensure the roadmap aligns with market demand, driving both user adoption and revenue
Ensure Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are fully GTM-ready
Develop high-impact use cases, playbooks, and internal resources
Use win/loss insights to sharpen positioning and GTM effectiveness
3. Revenue Enablement
Own and evolve sales enablement assets: pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, pricing narratives
Partner with Sales and Solutions on large, strategic, or complex deals
Identify and address objection patterns and confusion points from demos and trials
4. Customer & Market Insight
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and share it across internal teams and stakeholders
Use insights from customer conversations, trials, and renewals to guide messaging
Ensure the customer voice consistently informs product marketing decisions
5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Team Growth
Act as a strategic bridge between Product, Growth Marketing, Sales, and Solutions
Mentor junior team members as the function scales
Bring structure, prioritisation, and clarity to product marketing execution
Required Experience & Skills
8โ12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3-5 years specifically in Product Marketing
Proven experience owning global product positioning and GTM execution
Hands-on collaboration with Sales on enterprise or mid-market deals
Experience working with or selling into the US, UK, and European markets
Experience managing a team or cross-functional projects.
