Discover the Role

The Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end‑to‑end automation and integration solutions using .NET (C#), Azure PaaS, Power Automate, and other automation tools. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable automation solutions aligned with industry best practices and business requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with Process Analysts, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure efficient process design, deployment, and data integrity across all environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and design automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and other automation tools with best industry standards, data security compliance and in a timely manner. - Develop automation processes using Power Automate Desktop. - Develop and support business processes using .NET. - Create a solution design document that includes the to-be process design in accordance with the delivery standards. - Work with Process Analyst or Business Analyst to create and review process definition documents. - Migrate automation processes between dev, test and production environments as required. - Ensure client data is maintained in the highest level of integrity.

Key Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in automation using Power Automate and Power Apps with a leading IT Organization. - Strong RPA experience using Power Automate Desktop. - Experience in .NET programming. - Experience in MS SQL Server or any other Database. - Python programming experience is a plus. - Accurately analyze and estimate new processes, quickly assessing the feasibility. - Create solution design document, release notes and user guide. - Create quality unit test cases with high test coverage. - Provide support during and immediately after go-live, evaluating the live automation processes and resolving any issues that emerge. - Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements. - The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches. - Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution. - Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Automation platform.
