We’re looking for an Organic Growth Marketer who understands that content is not output but that it’s leverage.
This role sits at the intersection of user psychology, search intent, distribution, and revenue. You will build and scale Gallabox’s organic acquisition engine across SEO/AEO, website, high-intent content, lifecycle journeys, and product-led growth touchpoints.
Your mandate is simple but ambitious:
Identify real user pain points across industries
Craft compelling narratives around those pain points and Gallabox’s use cases
Distribute that content intelligently
Convert organic attention into signups, demos, and pipeline.
This is not a traffic-only role but a revenue-influencing growth role.
What would you own?
1. Organic growth strategy
Own and scale SEO/AEO across top, mid, and bottom-of-funnel content
Build thematic authority in conversational automation across industries
Identify high-intent keywords that translate to demo bookings and trials.
2. Content creation across formats
You must be hands-on and strong across formats:
Long-form SEO blogs
High-converting landing and solution pages
Case studies and use-case breakdowns
Email and WhatsApp lifecycle journeys
LinkedIn thought leadership content
Playbooks, guides, and comparison pages
Website messaging and product narratives
Short- and long-form video (product explainers, demo snippets, use-case walkthroughs)
Webinars and on-demand educational content
Visual and interactive assets (infographics, checklists, calculators)
Customer stories and sales enablement collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards).
You should be able to:
Extract sharp insights from sales calls, customer conversations, and support tickets
Translate user pain points into compelling, conversion-oriented content
Move seamlessly between storytelling and sharp GTM messaging.
3. Distribution and amplification
Content without distribution is noise. You will:
Build repeatable organic distribution loops
Repurpose content intelligently across channels
Improve content velocity without compromising depth
Drive organic discovery through search, LinkedIn, communities, and ecosystem partnerships.
4. Website and conversion optimization
Continuously optimize landing pages and feature pages
Improve traffic: signup: demo conversion rates
Run structured growth experiments
Partner with design and product to strengthen on-site messaging.
5. Lifecycle and PLG support
Build and optimize email and WhatsApp journeys for leads, trials, and customers
Improve activation and demo-to-customer conversion
Support product-led growth initiatives through in-product messaging and content.
What makes you a strong fit?
You:
Have 4–7 years of experience in organic growth, content-led growth, or inbound marketing in B2B SaaS
Are exceptional at writing — clear, sharp, persuasive, and structured
Can write both thought leadership and bottom-of-funnel commercial content
Understand ICPs, buying triggers, objections, and buyer psychology
Have hands-on experience with SEO strategy and execution
Know how to use tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, CRM and marketing automation tools
Are deeply data-driven but creatively bold
Have strong distribution instincts (not just publishing instincts)
Think in terms of systems, not one-off campaigns
Are comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success.
Bonus if you:
Have built organic engines from near-zero
Have experience with messaging platforms, WhatsApp marketing, or conversational commerce
Have worked in multi-geo B2B environments.
