HR Recruiter

with strong

sales experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment while also leveraging their sales background to engage candidates effectively, build strong relationships, and support business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs. Use sales techniques to engage, influence, and convert potential candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies. Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews. Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports regularly. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Manage job postings across various job boards and social media platforms. Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts. Contribute to employer branding and business development activities if required. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in recruitment , preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven sales or business development background

is required. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Target-driven with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Preferred Skills

Experience working with ATS/CRM systems. Knowledge of employment laws and compliance. Experience hiring for multiple domains or high-volume roles.
