Optimum Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Unified Patch Management Solution in a banking / regulated environment. If you thrive at the intersection of security, infrastructure, and delivery governance, this role is for you.

Role Objective

As a Technical Project Manager, you will own the delivery of enterprise patch management initiatives, ensuring security, compliance, and operational stability across endpoints and infrastructure in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise patch management programs - Plan, execute, and govern patching initiatives in banking or regulated environments - Collaborate with Infrastructure, Endpoint, Cyber Security, and Vendor teams - Ensure compliance with security standards, vulnerability management, and regulatory requirements - Manage patching schedules, change windows, and release planning aligned with Change Management processes - Define and enforce patch management policies, procedures, and operational runbooks - Identify, track, and mitigate technical and delivery risks related to system stability - Ensure seamless integration with ITSM, Change, and Incident Management processes - Lead governance forums, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication - Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to BAU operations

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager - Proven experience delivering enterprise patch management / endpoint management solutions - Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and endpoint patching concepts - Experience working in banking or regulated environments - Solid knowledge of Change Management, Release Management, and ITSM integration - Hands-on coordination with Cyber Security and Vulnerability Management teams - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with tools such as SCCM, WSUS, Intune, BigFix, Tanium, or similar - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification - ITIL v3 / ITIL v4 certification - Prior experience working with offshore delivery teams
