Business System Analyst - Digital Applications

Role Objective: The primary objective is to strategically manage, optimize, and future-proof our core digital applications portfolio, ensuring maximum business value and operational efficiency. This role focuses on

unifying our SAP, PLM CRM, HR, and critical administrative systems

while laying the groundwork for the successful integration of next-generation

AI/Machine Learning applications . You will be the crucial link between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring our applications landscape is secure, integrated, and scalable for future growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Application Strategy & Management Strategic Roadmap:

Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for the SAP, PLM, MES,

CRM

and

HR Systems

portfolio (including Attendance, Contractor, Admin Apps), aligning with organizational growth targets. Operational Excellence:

Oversee the day-to-day health, performance, and security of all managed applications, ensuring high availability and compliance. Vendor Management:

Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key application vendors and implementation partners and manage Budgets & Timelines.

Future-Ready & Innovation Focus AI/ML Integration:

Champion the strategic evaluation and introduction of

AI and Machine Learning

capabilities across the application ecosystem to drive automation and predictive insights. Integration Governance:

Own the strategy for system integrations, leveraging expertise in

APIs and middleware

to ensure seamless data flow between applications.

Data & Analytics Enablement Data Integrity:

Ensure the applications provide clean, reliable, and standardized data for robust business reporting and decision-making. Analytics Partnership:

Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to leverage application data for actionable insights and process optimization.
