Physical Therapist Recruiter (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit
licensed Physical Therapists (PT)
through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and qualification checks.
Verify licenses, credentials, and experience of candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in
healthcare or US staffing recruitment .
Experience recruiting
Physical Therapists or allied healthcare professionals
preferred.
Familiarity with job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Monster.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
US healthcare licensing and credentialing .
Experience working with
1099, W2, or C2C hiring models .
Strong Boolean search skills.
