Key Responsibilities • Identi fy and acquire new clients for IT staffing/consulting services • Work a ggressively on open requirements and submit quality consultants quickly • Coordi nate with recruiters to ensure fast consultant onboarding • Follow up with clients consistently to close placements • Negoti ate rates and contracts • Ensure timely onboarding and deployment of consultants • Mainta in strong client relationships for repeat business • Meet a nd exceed monthly placement and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For • 5-10 y ears experience in IT staffing or IT business development • Strong understanding of US/India IT staffing market (customize as needed) • Proven track record of consultant placements • Aggres sive follow-up and negotiation skills • Strong communication and closing ability • Self-m otivated and target-driven mindset • Abilit y to work in a fast-paced startup environment
