What You'll Do Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance sheets Support payroll processing by tracking leaves, attendance, and related data Assist in drafting HR letters — offer letters, experience letters, and appointment letters Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and escalate when needed Support performance review cycles and coordinate with department heads Ensure compliance with HR policies and assist in policy documentation ✅ What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory 0–1 year of experience in HR or recruitment (internship counts!)
