We are looking for an experienced

Agile Coach

to support and uplift our teams The ideal candidate will bring deep Agile expertise, strong leadership, and hands‑on coaching capability, particularly within

SAP and SAC

environments.

Role Details: Role - Agile Coach Duration - 3 Months + Possible Extension (3 months) Location – 100% Remote Capacity – 5 Days/week, 8 Hours/day Location-India

Key Responsibilities Drive alignment on

Scrum methodology

across multiple teams Lead and deliver Agile/Scrum training sessions (must have ready-to-use materials) Provide

hands-on Agile coaching

over a two‑month period Support and guide teams on

Jira —including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives Strengthen collaboration, team alignment, and Agile discipline across delivery teams

Requirements: 15+ years

of Agile/Scrum experience (SAP/SAC) Strong background in

analytics-driven environments Hands-on experience with Jira

for Agile execution and team workflows Experience working with

cross-functional teams Proven ability to

drive, motivate, and align teams —not just facilitate Expertise in

SAP and SAC Agile delivery

(highly preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
