Location:Bengaluru Experience: 4–7 years Function: Sales (B2B SaaS)

Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business revenue across SMB(3-4 openings) and Mid-Market (3 openings) segments. This role is ideal for someone who has consistently overachieved quotas, is comfortable handling meaningful deal sizes, and thrives in a sales-led, fast-scaling SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing • Close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities across SMB and Mid-Market • Handle deal sizes: – SMB: ~$5,000+ ARR – Mid-Market: ~$20,000+ ARR • Consistently achieve and overachieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas • Conduct value-driven discovery and map customer pain points to the company • Build strong business cases and ROI narratives • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updates • Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams • Share customer and market feedback with leadership

Must-Have Requirements • 4–7 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS • Proven experience closing $5K+ ARR (SMB) and/or $20K+ ARR (Mid-Market) deals • Track record of quota overachievement in at least 3 of the last 4 quarters • Experience in an established SaaS organization with a strong SLG motion • Strong understanding of structured sales processes (discovery, qualification, forecasting) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have • Experience in high-growth startups • Exposure to selling CRM, RevTech, AI, or GTM tools • Experience selling to CXOs, VPs of Sales, Revenue Leaders, or Founders

What Success Looks Like • Consistent quota overachievement • Strong SQL-to-Closed-Won conversion • Ability to run complex sales cycles independently • Strong collaboration across internal teams
