Role Overview

The 12-Month Apprentice Trainee Program is a comprehensive development journey designed to give you end-to-end exposure across multiple business functions. You will work on real-time projects, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives. This program is designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future full-time roles within the organization based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Rotate across multiple departments such as Operations, HR, Finance, Business Development, and Service Delivery to understand how each function contributes to the organization. - Support managers in day-to-day activities and take ownership of assignments to develop practical business knowledge. - Participate in live projects, including planning, execution, and documentation, under the guidance of senior leaders. - Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making. - Work on short-term functional or cross-functional assignments and present ideas, findings, or recommendations to leadership. - Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and propose improvements or innovative solutions. - Collaborate with various teams to enhance communication, teamwork, and analytical skills. - Engage in mentorship, feedback sessions, and learning opportunities to support both personal and professional development.

- Education: MBA / Postgraduate / Graduate in Management, Business Administration, or related fields. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. - A proactive learner with curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - High energy, positive attitude, and potential for leadership roles.
