Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include handling office operations, Handling Enquiry & Quotation, Follow Ups, and Dispatches. Strong organizational and communication skills are crucial for effectively managing multiple tasks and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
Strong Knowledge and hands on Experience with MS Office
Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate across teams
Knowledge and experience in Sales-related processes
Basic understanding and skills in Finance operations
Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
