Job Brief

We are looking for a Residential Designer to handle mid-to-high segment projects. You will provide pre-design consultations, prepare quotations, create 3D designs/renders, and ensure projects meet client expectations in budget and aesthetics. You will also mentor Junior Designers and contribute to revenue collection.

Requirements

- 2+ years in residential design, 2+ years in modular interiors - Proficient in SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape - Strong client handling and project management skills - Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and design principles - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
