Job Title : Architect Experience : 2+ years Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month Location : Nashik

Work Mode & Schedule Site visits (Nashik & Igatpuri) Working Days: Monday to Sunday (Weekly 1-day off) Working Hours: 10:00 am – 07:00 pm

About the Role We are looking for a skilled Architect with strong expertise in planning, 3D design and walkthroughs. The candidate should be able to independently design residential and commercial projects and support interior design work from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities Architectural Design & Planning Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, site analysis, and conceptual layouts Design residential and commercial buildings, including detailed planning layouts Develop high-quality 2D/3D designs and professional walkthroughs Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design feasibility Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, local building codes, and safety standards

Interior Design & Coordination Develop interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces Prepare mood boards, material boards, and presentation drawings Assist in the selection of furniture, fixtures, and materials Coordinate with vendors and contractors during on-site execution

Project Coordination Support project execution from concept to completion Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for a smooth workflow Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and quality standards

Quality & Safety Implement safety protocols and conduct routine inspections to minimise risks. Ensure construction quality is maintained as per international standards. Highlight risks, delays, and technical issues, providing solutions to the management.

Requirements : Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and/or interior design Strong expertise in planning, 3D design and walkthroughs Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software Good understanding of design principles, spatial planning and materials Strong visualisation, presentation and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Willingness to do field work and travel internationally if required Must have a personal laptop/computer with stable high-speed internet Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
