7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST Saturday & Sunday Off

IMPORTANT NOTE (PLEASE READ)

This role requires

hands-on, real-world experience

with

US entity formation . Theoretical or academic knowledge alone is NOT sufficient. Candidates who have

not worked directly on US entity formation tasks in a US tax or accounting firm will be automatically disqualified.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict – No Exceptions)

LLB degree (mandatory) 3–5 years of hands-on experience

with a

US tax or accounting firm Direct, practical experience forming and managing: LLC S-Corporation C-Corporation Must have

personally worked on

(not just studied): EIN applications Operating agreements Corporate documentation State filings and compliance Strong understanding of

US business structures from actual client work Immediate joiners only Comfortable working

US business hours ⚠️

Overqualified or underqualified candidates will be automatically disqualified.

Work Setup Requirements

Own laptop (mandatory) Stable high-speed WiFi Ability to work independently without training

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

US entity formation

for real client cases Prepare and manage

entity-related legal and compliance documents Support US tax and accounting teams with

entity-specific requirements Handle state filings, amendments, and ongoing compliance Maintain accurate records and meet strict deadlines

This role is

not suitable

for: Freshers Interns Candidates with only theoretical knowledge Attention to detail and execution-level experience is essential
