Position:

Academic Counsellor

Your Role & Responsibilities: Student Career Guidance:

Counsel students and parents regarding research career paths (IAT, NEST, IISc, IISER, etc.) ●

Understand student aspirations and guide them toward the right programs ●

Build trust-based relationships with students and families CRM & Sales Process Management:

●

Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-ups ●

Track student interactions and maintain accurate records ●

Coordinate with the support and academic teams for seamless communication Revenue Contribution:

●

Support presentations, webinars, and student demos ●

Follow structured sales strategies and counseling processes
