Role Description This is a full-time remote Accountant role at Surya Roshni. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing and reviewing financial reports, reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy, and ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting in audits, preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and supporting the finance team in decision-making processes to aid in strategic planning.

Qualifications Proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial Reporting, and maintaining general ledgers Strong skills in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Cost Management Proficient in Accounting Software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills Strong understanding of Taxation laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Audit processes Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in data accuracy Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA/CA certification preferred Prior experience in the manufacturing industry or related sectors is a plus
