Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media • Plan monthly content strategy for Instagram + LinkedIn • Manage posting calendars, captions, and brand tone • Work with design/content teams to publish output consistently • Monitor engagement, community response + trend alignment

Performance Marketing • Create and manage Meta + Google Ads campaigns • Allocate budgets, track ROAS, CPC, CTR, cost per lead • Analyze data & optimize campaigns weekly for performance • Build target audience sets + remarketing funnels

SEO + Website • Basic SEO knowledge — keywords, backlinks, on-page fixes • Coordinate web updates, landing pages, traffic tracking • Improve website conversion rates + lead generation quality

Analytics + Reporting • Track insights across campaigns, social media, website, ads • Prepare weekly + monthly performance dashboards • Identify what’s working, what’s not, and plan improvement steps

Influencer + Brand Collaborations • Research influencers, negotiate, manage outreach & ROI analysis • Build brand visibility through creators + digital partnerships

Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of digital channels (IG, Meta Ads, Google, SEO) • Creative thinking + analytical mindset — balance of art & numbers • Good copywriting for ads, captions, and hooks • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Analytics, Canva • Data-driven, fast execution, growth-focused approach • Comfortable working with performance targets & deadlines
