Scaleo Digital is a fast-growing marketing and creative agency based in Mira Road. We work with brands across e-commerce, retail, education, hospitality, and service industries to deliver high-performance marketing and strong design communication. We operate like a startup where creativity, ownership, speed, and responsibility matter. You will collaborate directly with the founder and lead the creative direction for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the design output for social media, ad creatives, banners, landing pages, website graphics, and brand assets Create strong brand identities, visual systems, and style guides Design performance-focused creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign funnels Oversee multiple design projects and ensure brand consistency Guide junior designers (if any) and maintain overall quality standards Work closely with marketing team to convert ideas and briefs into high-quality visuals Develop variations of creatives for A/B testing and performance optimization Ensure all designs are aligned, clean, well-spaced, and visually consistent Handle multi-format outputs such as reels thumbnails, story posts, print materials, etc.

Who We’re Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on graphic design experience (agency experience preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, branding, campaign design, and digital visuals Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (mandatory) Ability to independently handle full creative ownership Strong understanding of typography, layout, spacing, and brand consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with tight timelines Good communication skills and ability to understand brand tone Bonus: Knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or simple animations

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or related field Proven experience designing for digital marketing Strong sense of aesthetics, color usage, and composition Ability to translate marketing briefs into effective, high-performing visuals Understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and platform specifications Ability to deliver clean, aligned, and professional designs consistently
