Qualifications & Experience Distinguished expertise and recognized academic leadership in the relevant discipline. Proven record of excellence in teaching, doctoral supervision, and mentoring faculty and researchers. Strong track record of funded research projects, high-impact publications, and national/international collaborations. A Ph.D. in the relevant field with a minimum of 12 years of academic/research experience, including leadership responsibilities. Ability to shape departmental vision, drive research strategy, and contribute to institutional governance and growth.
