Interior Stylist

Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and execute styling directions for residential, hospitality, or retail spaces in alignment with the design intent and client preferences. - Assisting in curating furniture, artwork, textiles, and décor elements to create cohesive visual stories within each project. - Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of styling with design and build stages. - Oversee on-site styling, installation, and final staging to achieve the intended aesthetic and spatial flow. - Research emerging trends, materials, and design movements to inform and evolve the studio’s styling language. - Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics related to sourcing, procurement, and execution. - Communicate styling concepts clearly through mood boards, presentations, and client discussions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field. - 2+ years of experience in interior styling, set design, or spatial curation (luxury or high-end experience preferred). - Strong understanding of design composition, materials, lighting, and colour theory. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to articulate design intent clearly to clients and collaborators. - Proficient in visual presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite) and comfortable working with digital libraries. - Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail and deadlines. - A keen eye for proportion, balance, and storytelling through objects and spatial arrangement.
