Essential Requirements:

- 5 to 10 years of experiences in hands-on video editing experience - Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong video editing techniques. - Willing to complete a timed Zoom assessment. Payment will be provided if the assessment criteria are met. - Can handle stress, pressure, and time crunch - Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift - Willing to undergo a timed Zoom assessment, if shortlisted, - Willingness to undergo a Background Check before onboarding

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5- 10 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit long-form YouTube content with a focus on storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision. - Manage and optimize video rendering workflows, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely exports. - Configure export settings across platforms to maintain consistency and quality standards. - Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding a high standard of work. - Troubleshoot and resolve editing/rendering issues, while providing mentorship to junior editors.

Key skills and Qualities:

- Proficient in video rendering workflows, export settings, and file formats/codecs. - Strong storytelling ability with expertise in long-form content for YouTube and digital platforms. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. - Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines. - Flexible to work in the Sydney, AU time zone, with availability for overtime. - Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates) - Willingness to provide a Police Clearance Certificate
