Front-End Developer (React + Flutter)

We’re Hiring: Front-End Developer (React + Flutter) | India (Remote/Hybrid)

At Manhattan Tech Ventures, we’re building consumer-scale, video-first products that sit at the intersection of content, technology, and experience. We’re looking for a Front-End Developer who enjoys ownership, moves fast, and cares deeply about performance and UX.

What You’ll Do • Build and ship high-quality UI using React (Web) and Flutter (Mobile) • Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability • Translate design systems into clean, reusable front-end components • Take ownership of features end-to-end—from idea to production

What We’re Looking For • Strong hands-on experience with React or Flutter (experience in both is a plus) • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI practices • Experience with state management (Redux / Provider / BloC / Riverpod) • Familiarity with REST APIs and performance optimization • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Points • Experience with video-based or media-heavy applications • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing • Strong eye for UX and detail
