strong exposure to plant-level HR operations , compliance, and employee engagement in a regulated, listed-company environment. Key Requirements

5–6 years of mandatory experience

in the

manufacturing sector

(non-negotiable). Proven experience in

fulfilling plant-level and shop-floor vacancies . Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

(written & verbal). Hands-on

payroll management experience ; must have independently managed payroll in the past. Thorough knowledge of

labour laws and statutory compliances

applicable to factories and offices. Strong working knowledge of

PF, ESI, and allied labour legislations . Prior experience in

employee engagement initiatives

(not just policy drafting). Listed company compliance exposure

will be a

distinct added advantage . Role Highlights
