Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on HRMS administration, process excellence, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The role requires hands-on expertise in
Darwinbox HRMS
to ensure seamless HR service delivery, data integrity, and continuous process improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1) HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Oversee attendance and leave administration in coordination with all concerned stakeholders, including Reporting Managers/Head HR.
2) HRMS (Darwinbox) Management
Act as the primary owner and administrator of the Darwinbox HRMS.
Configure and manage modules such as Core HR, Attendance, Leave, and Employee Self-Service.
Drive system adoption, enhancements, and process automation using Darwinbox.
Manage HRMS data integrity, audits, reports, and dashboards.
Liaise with Darwinbox support teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
3) Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
Manage audits, statutory filings, and documentation.
Update HR policies and SOPs in line with legal and organizational changes.
4) Stakeholder & Team Management
Partner with Unit/Location HR Business Partners, IT, Accounts, and business leaders for operational alignment.
Lead and mentor Unit/Location HR operations team members.
Act as a point of escalation for HR operations queries and issues.
5) Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare and present HR operational metrics, MIS, and dashboards.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and digitization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources
Darwinbox Certified Professional (mandatory)
8–10 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
Strong hands-on experience with HRMS implementation and administration
In-depth knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR operational processes
Key Skills & Competencies

Exposure to HR digital transformation projects
Experience handling audits and compliance for large employee populations
