About Vidrow Vidrow is a creative marketing agency started by IIT Kanpur alumni. At Vidrow we’re building an analytics driven content engine for performance and awareness marketing in the digital universe. We have developed content creation processes that are optimized for scaling performance marketing and platform native awareness marketing. We are partnering with high-growth consumer tech app brands (with larger TAM) across all industries and helping them optimize their user acquisition.

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Senior Ad Operations Associate

to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role is central to driving performance marketing success, requiring a blend of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimization Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimizations to achieve client KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion targets Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and platforms to maximize returns

Technical Implementation Set up and manage pixel implementations, conversion tracking, and attribution across Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and other tracking tools Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and ensure accurate data flow between platforms Configure custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing lists for effective targeting Implement dynamic creative strategies and feed-based advertising for e-commerce clients Reporting & Analysis Build comprehensive performance reports and dashboards that communicate results, insights, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform campaign strategies Present performance reviews to clients with actionable insights and growth recommendations

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for ad operations matters with assigned client accounts Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure campaign alignment with client objectives Brief the creative team on ad specifications, best practices, and platform-specific requirements Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and new advertising features to maintain competitive advantage Requirements

Experience & Education 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting Proven track record of managing monthly ad spends of ₹20 lakhs or more across multiple client accounts Experience working with clients across diverse industries and geographies (India and international markets) Technical Skills Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, catalog sales) Strong command of Google Ads platform including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and budget management Familiarity with attribution models and ability to interpret multi-touch attribution data

Soft Skills & Competencies Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in campaign setup and reporting Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solving approach and ownership mentality Adaptable and eager to learn new tools, platforms, and strategies

Nice to Have Meta Blueprint and/or Google Ads certifications Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) Familiarity with third-party tools such as Supermetrics, Funnel.io, or similar reporting platforms Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau) Exposure to other paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or TikTok Ads
