Bench sales recruiter

Job Position: Bench Sales Recruiter Experience - Minimum 3-15 years. Work from Office : Onsite (5- Days working) - WFO only Location: Hyderabad(Madhapur) Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Roles and responsibilities :

3-15 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter, or similar. Experiences in handling H1 Transfers, OPT, H1B, GC and US Citizen visa consultant on Bench. Must be familiar with US Tax Terms and visa status. Good Negotiation Skills. Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants. Experience in Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in creating awareness of the company brand. Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. This is not a Work from the Home role.

Preferred candidate profile: Relevant experience should more than 3 Years. Should Good Communication Skills. Must have working experience on H1 Transfers. Looking for Immediate-15 days NP Candidates
