Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Architect with 5+ years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to commercial projects, who can independently handle working drawings, detailing, and GFC (Good for Construction) documentation.

This role requires strong technical capability, coordination skills, and on-site understanding.

We’re seeking someone who is:

* Strong in working drawings & detailing

* Experienced in preparing GFCs for commercial projects

* Confident in consultant coordination (Structural + MEP)

* Comfortable handling execution-stage documentation

* Detail-oriented with strong site understanding

* Knowledge of PMC UDCPR norms and regulations

Experience: 5+ years (commercial project exposure preferred)

Software: AutoCAD (mandatory), Excel, SketchUp

Location: Prabhat Road, Pune
