Job Description & Key Responsibilities –
· Advise on a variety of legal issues and legal risks.
· Strong organisational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks in an energetic environment.
· Explain legal language and Draft, review, edit, interpret, and advise on contracts and other legal documents.
· Ensure to have discretion in handling confidential matters of the company.
· Oversee all contractual obligations pertaining to the company.
· Research and report on unique legal issues impacting the company.
· Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company.
· Provide legal input into financial planning and reporting process.
· Provide advice on labour law related employee issues.
· Assist in preparation of disciplinary hearing documents.
· Conduct investigations and prepare witnesses in advance of a disciplinary hearing.
· Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
· Maintain professional and timely communications by conducting team meeting and participation.
· Ensure to Document and maintain legal files and issues.
· Developing legal strategies that will help the company to grow in a successful manner.
· Experience in Law and Labor and Employment Law
· Good knowledge into IPR related matters, copyrights and trademark filing
· Legal Document Preparation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience Required 3-5 yrs
