Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Professional located in Mumbai. The HR Professional will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key duties include developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, handling employee grievances, and conducting training and development programs. The HR Professional will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring operational efficiency in HR functions.

Qualifications Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management Proficiency in HR policies development and implementation Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements Skills in administering employee benefits and handling grievances Proficiency in conducting training and development programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is a plus
