General Manager – Hospitality

with a strong

F&B background

and proven experience in managing

multiple restaurant chains . The ideal candidate will have complete ownership of

P&L, ROI, and overall business performance

of the Hospitality division across the Kolkata region. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and has a strong financial and operational mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Drive complete

P&L ownership

and profitability of the Hospitality division Ensure strong

ROI performance

across all outlets Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations and maintain SOP compliance Lead revenue growth strategies (Dine-in, Delivery, Aggregators, Catering) Optimize cost structures including COGS, manpower, and overheads Lead, mentor, and develop Outlet Managers & Operations teams Identify expansion opportunities and support new outlet launches Monitor KPIs including EBITDA, same-store sales growth, ABV, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For: ✔ 10+ years of experience in Hospitality / F&B ✔ Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets ✔ Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L management ✔ Experience in driving operational excellence and cost optimization ✔ Leadership mindset with strong team management capabilities ✔ MBA / Hotel Management background preferred
