Human Resources Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The current opening is for HR Executive, wherein the member is required to oversee employee engagement, compliance management & hiring

Roles & Responsibilities :- 1. Hiring for various roles through various platforms based on requirements and initial screening (through pre-defined questions). 2. Creating Job Descriptions as per requirements of roles and putting out Job Posts or co ordinating with 3rd parties 3. Helping improve company culture for better team satisfaction/retention 4. Working with team members on resolving any queries / documentation requests such as team-related month-end documentations, such as Salary Slips 5. Working with consultant to ensure all Labour Law compliances are carried out on a monthly basis 6. Working on logistics management for service engineers and company personnel 7. Carrying out Joining and Exit formalities for team members.

REQUIREMENTS 1. Understanding of using Microsoft Office 2. Understanding of use of internal company software for Employee documentaion management 3. Proactive initiative to keep employee satisfaction high through planning of events etc 4. Understanding of Labour Law compliances
