Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented
Sales Support Executive
to assist our sales team in daily operations, customer coordination, quotation preparation, and order processing.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong hardware knowledge is mandatory , particularly in
laptops, desktops, and computer hardware components.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices to clients
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pricing and stock availability
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Provide administrative and documentation support to the sales team
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally
Track sales targets and prepare regular performance reports
Follow up on pending payments and order confirmations
Assist with tender documentation and compliance paperwork (if required)
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales support, IT sales, or customer service
Strong knowledge of computer hardware (mandatory)
Laptops and desktop systems
Processors, RAM, storage, motherboards
Basic networking hardware understanding
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using CRM systems
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
