Responsibilities: As a Land Acquisition Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the acquisitions team in identifying and evaluating potential properties across multiple states and asset classes. Strong organizational and communication skills will be essential for success in this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Property Identification & Pipeline Management: Identifying and curating lists of potential properties for acquisition. Maintaining an accessible and well-organized pipeline of property leads. Compiling and uploading detailed daily property lead lists to the team pipeline.

Database & Relationship Management: Creating and maintaining organized databases of brokers and other key contacts. Developing an organized filing system for all leads and contacts related to acquisitions.

Analytical & Technical Support: Providing analytical assistance to acquisition team members and executives as needed. Gaining an understanding of funding source requirements relevant to project development. Developing a basic understanding of zoning and entitlements processes.

Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in real estate acquisitions, development, or valuations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Exposure to the US real estate market is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Schedule: This is a permanent work-from-home (remote) position. Candidates must be available to work EST hours (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST).
