Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier at Racing Point Esports, located in Hyderabad. The Cashier will be responsible for managing cash transactions, processing payments accurately, balancing registers, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring accurate pricing, managing returns or exchanges, and upholding excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Proficiency in handling cash transactions, using point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic arithmetic skills Exceptional customer service skills including active listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and maintaining records Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent qualification
